Premier Timpani percussion drum, pro symphonic elite, 31 inches, from Newcastle college school of music, the unit is complete and working,  some small marks and loss of finish, and would benefit from some reconditioning programme,/ service, we have no user knowledge, however, will be very happy to and attempt to answer all genuine additional enquiries. Hand spun parabolic polished and lacquered copper bowl (freely supported so no sound quality loss)
